Vastu, yoga, and ayurveda also share the same goal: to increase our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. While yoga and ayurveda focus on our body to achieve this objective, vastu focuses on our surrounding environments. Kathleen coined the phrase that vastu is yoga for the home; but vastu is also yoga for all our created environments, including companies, hospitals and hotels.

  • VAASTU MANTRA

Vastu, the ancient science of design and architecture, originated during the Vedic Civilization, which many scholars assert flourished as early as 6000 years ago in India and other parts of South Asia. Vastu, arguably the world's oldest holistic design system, can be considered the precursor to today's Green Movement.

Vastu is also a sister science of yoga and ayurveda, the Vedic science of wellbeing and longevity. These three sciences, which make up the Vedic mind-body-soul equation, share the same spiritual philosophy that is now supported by reason and science. In spiritual terms, vastu says that we must respect all creation—all creation is interconnected and divine. If we allow the destruction of any part of the universe, we all suffer as a result. Today, ecology and holism express this same underlying principle in pure science terms.

It also states that rituals and ceremonies performed by people residing in rented accommodations do not yield desired results. However, our research and experience on Vaasthu has proved that efficacy of Vaasthu remains unaffected irrespective of the ownership of the habitat.
